A Few Things to Add to Your Diet/ Fit­ness Regimen:

Choco­late Peanut But­ter Shake  
  • 8oz Carb Con­trol Choco­late Milk
  • 1/2 cup plain vanilla yogurt low fat
  • 2 table­spoons nat­ural peanut butter
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 packet of Stevia
  • Blend for 45 sec.

Mixed Berry Shake
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Blackberries
  • 1/2 Cup non­fat plain yogurt
  • 1 scoop Pro Basics Vanilla whey
  • 1 table­spoon of honey
  • 1 cup of ice and lit­tle water
  • Blend 45 sec.
