Sports Training

Of all the fitness training we do at FAS youth and collegiate athletics is our specialty. The reason is that our training philosophy is a parent’s and a coach’s best friend. At FAS we use athletic training not to only create strong bodies, but also strong minds and will. These qualities are considered more important than physical skill of any athlete. Our Sports training focuses on both the mental and physical aspects of young athletes.

Private Coaching

Programs are created and implemented subjectively based on the athletes goals but mainly on their strengths and weaknesses. Most athletes that enroll in this program are involved in college or professional sports teams and or preparing for the military.
Private Coaching will incorporate learning how to understand the human potential and the capability of human strength and endurance. Our goal is to guide an individual through a process that will improve your overall mental state by accomplishing amazing bouts of physical fitness.

Semi-Private Coaching

FAS's small group coaching program is based around a volume driven circuit class that allows individuals of different physical abilities to workout side-by-side without overstepping anyone's physical capacity. So whether you are an athlete, a professional, or you stay home with the kids we have something for you.

Nutrional Counseling

It is an online 12 month program 

Habit-based coaching, goal-setting, daily actions through a trusted system.
